In this session, Ajahn Kovilo speaks on the Canonical recollection of Nibbāna: “Etaṃ santaṃ, etaṃ paṇītaṃ – yadidaṃ sabba-saṅkhāra-samatho, sabb-ūpadhi-paṭinissaggo, taṇhā-kkhayo, virāgo, nirodho, nibbānanaṁ” – “‘This is peaceful, this is sublime – that is, the stilling of all activities, the relinquishing of all acquisitions, the destruction of craving, dispassion, cessation, Nibbāna.”
